Meet Chelsea Rae

Herbalist and Forest Therapy Guide

Nature has always been what life means to me. Nature is wild, nature is unforgiving, nature is beautiful, and nature is life. I have a deep relationship and connection with nature and have always wanted to continue learning and developing a reciprocity with the nature that is around me.

I am a certified forest therapy guide, I'm certified in wilderness first aid, have been trained and continue my knowledge in bushcraft, and am a trained/self-taught herbalist and forager. I spent every moment that I could in the woods growing up and have continued that throughout my adulthood. I have hiked and foraged all over the US, and still have lots of exploring to do on my bucket list!

All of the products that I create are made with plants and herbs that I forage and harvest myself. I usually find them or seek them out during my hikes and get so excited to bring them home and use them as nature and creator intended. I continue learning, continue reading, and continue to further deepen my knowledge of nature, and the connection that I am so grateful to have with it.
